Les Sommeliers is a Hong Kong based wine brand founded in 2017. Like a good sommelier does, it is our mission to curate a great selection of wines and present you the best ones. Our philosophy is simple – our wines are always of great value, suited to local taste, perfect for daily consumption and absolutely delicious!

After creating Sommelier at Home in 2014, I decided to launch Les Sommeliers in 2017. The idea and concept came as a natural step forward to pursue sharing about wines in a non-school style. I always believed the best way to learn about wine is to open a bottle of wine and drink it, share it and discuss it with your own words. Wine shouldn’t be intimidating. There are surely truly unique, iconic, expensive, rare wines, but there is place for pleasure driven wines as well.

I created Les Sommeliers for everyone, for the after work runners, the weekend hikers, the casual drinkers.

I teamed up with independent winemakers that produce truly great wines in various regions in the world and selected wines from single grape varietal that truly represent them. The pristine of a Merlot is to be found in ours, a fruity, slightly spicy and tannic red wine to be enjoyed by itself or with some food. I selected a variety of grapes in the same spirit. There are no food pairing recommendations, just a mood, a moment when you feel like having that glass of wine and enjoy it.

We created a range of seven wines over the years thanks to the support of the winemakers, the restaurants and Hong Kong wine lovers to offer more diversity and possibilities.

Strong of a 7-wine range, I will continue to grow the collection, I already have a couple ones ready to be launched soon so stay tuned.
